PHCS Customer Access is your online one-stop connection to all of the
information you need to work with us. Some of the sections in PHCS

PHCS e-price
If you're already a customer, you can take advantage of PHCS Customer Access
right away. If you are considering PHCS, this tool is yet another advantage to joining our
select list of customers who are already putting the power of PHCS to work for them.
Network Center
We make certain you know about changes in our Network almost as quickly as we do. The Network
Center is the central communication vehicle that we use to distribute PHCS Network
changes to you in a timely manner.
PHCS Network News provides you with the latest information on our Network
development activities, including recent additions and changes. You receive e-mails containing
a brief summary of PHCS Network News for the prior week. You have the option
to click on any summary item to learn more details. PHCS Network Horizon, our
bi-monthly newsletter on our Network development discusses how we maintain the strength of
the PHCS Network and add providers in areas that are important to your members.
Data Center
We know how important data is to you. That is why we dedicated an entire section of
PHCS Customer Access to data. Our Data Center includes all the latest information
relating to our data. You can read about the latest data updates in the Data Alerts section and
download data specifically created for your organization in PHCS DataLink. You can
help us maintain the integrity of our data in the Provider Changes section by informing us about
updates to provider information if you learn about the change before we do.
PHCS e-price
PHCS e-price is an innovative claims tool developed especially for
PHCS customers. It uses the latest Internet technology to streamline repricing, which
minimizes processing errors and improves the accuracy and efficiency of your claims.
And since we update PHCS e-price weekly, you have access to the most
current data available, allowing for maximum claims savings. PHCS e-price
is easy to implement and for end-users to operate. For your convenience, we offer three
PHCS e-price options.
PHCS e-price Direct (EDI):
Ideal for customers with a high volume of claims
Customers reprice claims using our PHCS e-price electronic interface.
This option, which seamlessly integrates with leading claim systems, eliminates the need
to duplicate the claims entry process.
PHCS e-price Online (Remote):
Ideal for customers with a low volume of claims
Customers enter claims remotely for instantaneous access to PHCS e-price
through a fully secured Internet connection. This option is especially easy to use and
implement.
PHCS e-price Classic:
Ideal for customers who want to take advantage of the technology in a non-technical
manner
Customers send paper claims to our claims operations center in Rosemont, IL. We reprice
the claims using PHCS e-price technology and return them to our customers
electronically or by mail.
Care Management Center
In the Care Management Center, you receive your PHCS Care Management
reports online through PHCS CMLink. With this tool, your care management
reports will contain the accurate and timely data you need to make business decisions.
Legal and Regulatory Update Center
Our Legal and Regulatory Update Center helps you stay informed of recent and pending
federal and state legislation and regulations. In our Regulatory Alerts section,
we outline the implications of proposed legislation and regulations. You will find
information posted throughout the Legal and Regulatory Update Center useful when
talking with trade associations that lobby on your behalf and when identifying steps
you will need to take to comply with newly passed legislation.
